Andrew R. Kremer, J.D., CPA
Andy specializes in estate and gift planning, family-owned business succession planning, and tax planning and compliance for trusts and estates. He helps clients ensure a comfortable retirement and an orderly transfer of business and property interests. He joined Boulay in 1999 and was named partner in 2008.
Andy has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota – Duluth, as well as a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law. Andy is a member of the Minneapolis Estate Planning Council, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association.
Andy lives in South Minneapolis. During his free time he enjoys motorcycling, working on his lake home and spending time with his wife and son.
