Erik L. Allen, CPA, CM&A
Erik has over 15 years of experience in the accounting, auditing and management consulting. He is a Certified Specialist in Mergers and Acquisitions and focuses on financial due-diligence assignments for numerous clients and private equity funds. In addition, he oversees audit and other financial reporting engagements for clients in a variety of industries.
Erik graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Erik lives in Shakopee with his family. He enjoys coaching youth sports, golfing, relaxing at the cabin and cheering on the Golden Gophers.
