Jadin C. Bragg, CPA
Jadin has been with Boulay since 1996 and was named partner in 2006. He provides audit, tax and business consulting services to clients in a wide range of industries including renewable energy, manufacturing, retail, distribution, non-profit and wine production. Jadin is involved in the firm’s Securities and Exchange Commission Practice and advises management concerning SEC regulations and reporting requirements.
Jadin is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Coalition of Ethanol, and is currently licensed to practice in Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
Jadin lives in Prior Lake with his wife and two boys. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, reading and is a novice wine collector.
