Jerome J. Pults, CPA
Jerry has more that 35 years of audit and accounting experience. He specializes in technical research and Securities and Exchange Commission work. Prior to becoming a Boulay audit partner, he taught accounting and business classes at the University of St. Thomas and Augsburg College, served as a corporate controller for a publicly-traded company, and worked for an international auditing firm.
Jerry is a magna cum laude graduate of the College of St. Thomas. He is a member of the National Scholastic Honor Society, the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.Jerry lives in Western Wisconsin with his wife Mary. In his spare time he is an avid book collector and reader, is active in environmental causes and enjoys wilderness camping, hiking and canoeing.
