James F. Warner, CPA
Jim has provided business consulting, audit, tax and accounting services to clients for over 25 years. He has a wide range of industry experience including real estate, construction, publishing, travel manufacturing and professional services. He specializes in audits and management consulting for privately-held and SEC reporting companies.
Jim is a board member of the Association of Builders and Contractors and is also a trustee of their Construction Education Foundation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of Colorado College.
Jim lives in St. Paul with his family, and enjoys ice hockey, jogging, biking, golf and spending time at the lake.
