Matthew L. Crane, CPA
Matt specializes in providing business consulting, audit and accounting services to clients in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, renewable fuels, software and media. He helps private, public and ESOP companies with various business challenges such as stock and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, analyzing organization risks, and long-term cash flow projections and forecasts. He joined Boulay in 1999 and was admitted as a partner in 2010.
Matt is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and received his Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Strategy and Finance from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accounts and Eden Prairie Rotary.
Matt lives in Bloomington. During his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing hockey and reading.
