Mark E. Kraft, CPA
Mark has over 30 years of experience providing audit, accounting, tax and consulting services to clients. He has a wide variety of industry experience including wholesale and retail distribution, service industries, non-profit organizations and employee benefit plans. Mark was a partner with the firm Hansen, Jergenson, Nergaard & Co. for over 20 years. He joined Boulay through a merger with HJN in 2011.
Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mark is also the Treasurer and a Past President of the Bloomington Daymakers Rotary Club and a member of the Board of Directors of the Bloomington Daymakers Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
Mark and his family live in Eden Prairie. He enjoys golf, following Twin Cities sports teams and spending time on outdoor activities.
