Rick has over 30 years of experience in accounting, tax and management consulting, and has been a partner since 1982. He served as managing partner from 1995 - 2007. His professional focus includes assisting with organization planning, business management and tax planning for corporations and executives and consulting on major business transactions including mergers, acquisitions and sales.
Rick is a board member and chair of the audit committee of AAA Minneapolis and a member of the Edina Rotary Club. He is a past member of the governing council of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and past chair of the board of directors at the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Rick resides in Eden Prairie and enjoys golfing, fishing and hunting.
