Ronald K. Overson, CPA
Ron has over 20 years of experience in audit and management consulting, and works with clients in a number of industries including distribution, professional services, manufacturing, construction and non-profit organizations. He specializes in the due diligence and structure aspects of mergers and acquisitions and has experience in providing these services to private equity, search fund, corporate and individual buyers.
A graduate from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, Ron, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Drucker Society of Minnesota and the Waconia Rotary Club.
Ron lives in Waconia with his family. In his spare time, he likes to relax at the cabin, hunt, fish and golf.
